I am a sixteen year behind the times indian girl. i suffer from many mood swings and win slickly hurt by what others enunciate?

about my weightiness especially. i try to exercise and diet but the moment anyone comments about me i consistency depressed and i start eating unwanted items food. how can i change this item about myself.

Hon, you are a 16 year aged girl, and that is the hardest time for a girl. At that age, you are really self-conscious plus the other kids can be cruel and careless of your vibrations. I can tell you to try to cold-shoulder them, but you won't because you are 16 and this is the time when you listen to all that debris and take it to heart.

There is hope! In a couple of years or possibly less, you will start to look and live more for what is outside of yourself, and later cruel words will begin to lose their power over you.

In the meantime, you could try looking outside yourself right presently by volunteering to help those smaller amount fortunate than yourself. For instance, you could work with children beside special needs, or volunteer at a local hospital surrounded by the pediatric ward, or volunteer at a nursing home to read to old folks, or play cards beside them or something like that. Perhaps you could even work at an animal shelter, cleaning the cage, or runs.

Any activity contained by which you can see that there are ancestors or animals whose lives are harder than yours, and yet they soldier on, living near the most quality they can, will show you how to be in motion outside yourself and how to count your blessings. In this way you will be happier for what you hold and less miserable for what you feel is wrong beside you.

It sounds like depression. I be diagnosed with it when I be 13 and then I be found to be borderline bi-polar. I had impossible to tell apart problems. People will tell you its because your a youth. I gained 100LBS during the time it took them to numeral out what was wrong beside me. So go to the doctor and receive them to figure it out in a minute
Tell yourself today that today is the MOST you will ever weigh. Start tomorrow. Every time you reach for second-hand goods food, stop and think. If you do not win this under control, you will merely gain more weight. Your mood swings may be due to large and low blood sugar by eating adjectives this junk food. Go for a step, get exercise, devour smaller portions, and quit eating unwanted items. Imagine the surprise when you go subsidise to school have lost the extra pounds? You will be so happy.

Maybe u should try a sport become a little more competitive, afterwards if someone says something you'll own something to brag a bout.

Food and feelings can return with really mixed up and confused. It sounds like you're have a tough time and that you get comfort from consumption junk food. If you perceive hurt you need to settle to someone about it. Food doesn't lug away that pain it of late fixes it temporarily whilst not addressing the create. So eating second-hand goods food will not look at the problem. It sounds like you have need of to talk to a psychoanalyst or a counsellor. If it s causing you heartfelt pain, run to a person who know how to deal near emotions.. You can bargain to a Dr. who can refer you to someone and this of course remains private, even from your parents if you choose. You are still growing, and so is your brain; it has be scientifically shown that these 'mood swings" and outbursts of emotion surrounded by the teenage years are related to brain growth, so you will simply hold to endure, and realize that it is "a stage" you are going through" at this time, and you WILL outgrow it.
