Should I do something different?

This is my new day after day routine and I was trying to amount out if I need to switch something or do something different.
* I take a shower and brush my teeth
* I use a facial cloak that is ground up oatmeal and hose
* I eat around 750 calories a morning
* I drink around 5 cups of water a hours of daylight.

Please tell me if in that is something I should do differently. I am 18 so don't tell me that I souldn't put this up and I am tryin to loose 20 pounds I want to wiegh 105 pounds. What should I do to look my severely best?

First off, even if you are trying to lose cargo 750 cal/d is NOT enough! I don't know how high-ceilinged you are, but unless you are 4'9" 105 lbs is not a healthy counterweight! Most people inevitability at least 1200 cal/d simply to cover the amount of energy they expend simply sitting around while their body goes through its metabolic processes.

You come across to have a severely regimented and diciplined schedule. This may be a sign of OCD or even an intake disorder. I am not here to judge you within anyway, however, I feel resembling maybe you already know that you hold an unhealthy outlook and goal for your weight, and audible range it from someone else will remind you of that fact.

If you really are overweight, or conceivably just low with your appearance, why not try some gradual change, or add some toning exercises to your routine...Pilates and Yoga are great ways to put together positive changes within your body from the outside as well as the inside. Looking your best scheme having a respectable appearance--being emaciated and anorexic looking is not looking your best, no event what any of those ANA and MIA sites tell you!

Maybe you could become a little more live. For example, perhaps meander for 30 minutes a day. Also, if you do become more alive, you should increase your caloric intake.
Your huge mistake is your calorie intake. The recommended daily calorie intake for women is something like 1950. Your intake is 750. That means you're intake over 1000 less calories a time than you should be. The secret to losing substance is not eating smaller amount than you should. The secret is consumption as much as you should, and what you should. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean meats, poultry, and fish. Continue to drink hose down, but more. The recommended daily intake is 8 16-ounce specs of water. Eating 750 calories a daytime is dangerous. You're borderline anorexic, dear.

Also, I don't know what the other parts of your day by day routine have anything to do beside losing weight. Go to the gym, or even exercise at home. If you want to lose freight, you must eat healthily AND exercise.
