Most americans chomp through 2-3 portions and don't even realize it. You shouldn't ever loose more then 1-2LBS a week or you will carry sick and your body with shut down on you. Honestly, you don't have need of to excersise as long as you just munch through the right portions and foods. No sugary drinks, no bread, no pasta, no potato, no fast food..
