Can protien put some meat on my bones?

Ok-So im an extremly skinny guy
Im not talking around normal guy skinny when your not excess weight with no muscles
im worse, im girl skinny.

Even my docter say im under cargo.
People tell me to get through more but i get full hurried and if stuff in more consequently i can eat i'll barf it up.
I do approaching to eat but ive never gain weight, my sister is skinny lately like me so it must be a gene or something

ive be thinking about taking protien vitamin pills-Will that put some meat on my bones?
Keep surrounded by mind im not exactly trying to get muscles, im basically trying to keep my bones from showing lol

i hold your same problem, i am pretty skinny, i actually put away a ton, but i have a in haste metabolism (sp?).

anyway, i dont recommend using protein pills, there are style too many side effects to them. try using muscle milk that you can carry at a local supermarket. i know you arent trying to build muscle, but going to the gym once a week helps a great deal too.

by the way, i drink muscle milk 3 times a year, but just one a afternoon should put some meat on your bones
They'll do nothing unless your body requests that protein already. Having seen your doctor, have he tested your thyroid output? Without an active disease state, your metabolism may be the pretext. Blood tests can show if at hand are any hormonal causes.
Don't hold pills. Start by eating square meal. You have to start lifting weights too. If you want to Sup. I suggest whey protien within powder form. Mix it with dampen or juice.
If you want to gain consignment then muscle is much heavier than corpulent and a protien powder combined with substance training is the best rout to take. If you a short time ago want to gain fat later protien will not helpmuch. A high calorie diet beside lots of carbohydrates and no excersize will help put portly on your body but that is not much surrounded by the way of self healthy.
