Does this diet plan work? I'm 17 and wanna lose weight FAST!?
I read this book, Beauty Secrets for teens(for get the name) It has diet plans and achiever secrets and how to grasp a boyfriend. And i looked at this diet plan. You can lose weight lacking excercising(which is so much better) and theres stories about girls who lost 40 pounds surrounded by 2 weeks. and i saw pics of girls who have a body of a goddess. And Boys beside big muscles and six pack. The diet plan goes close to this.

7:00am- Breakfast time. Eat Grapes, apple slices or one banana.
2:00pm- Eat potato chips, grapes.
9:00pm- Eat more dinner.

Your meals should not be Higher than 100 calories, or you cannot lose solidity. You cannot eat anything else until 7-9hrs after finishing the previous spread. (A cup for grapes for breakfast and that's it)

What you think? conceivably i have impossible to tell apart results as my friend who loaned me the book. she lost 50 pounds in 3 weeks. If she can do it so can I. I hold to loose weight, I'm 17 beside a big belly sticking out. I'm 5'3'' and weigh 150lbs.

Don't give up, it take time. Just watch what you drink? Like don't eat so much meat? Eat more nutritious foods stuffs like salads, etc. Well, you can do it, it take time. You can't expect yourself to become thin within like one week... Have you watch this show called "The Biggest Loser"? Check it out on google... And upright luck.
u probably would lose weight beside that plan, but there is no method you would lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks, thats insane, hearty weight loss, is around 1-2 pounds per week!
Is this a kid? Please tell me your yank our chains? Its IMPOSSIBLE to loose 40LBS in 2 weeks. Even if you ate nil, you would at most loose 10LBS because your body starts to store that fat. If you want to loose weightiness, eat smaller amount and better. That means no rapid food, no soda, no junk food (including chips), no breads, no pasta, NO SUGAR! You shouldn't be consuming over 1200 calories a morning. You should be looking at a year if you want to loose over 50LBS. Your body can't handle loosing counterbalance fast, you will be sick. Do you not read roughly Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan? They are both very sick girls.
You may want to burn that book, thats the biggest nouns of crap i've ever heard. At 5'3" you are around 10LBS overweight. So just devour less, but don't starve yourself. If your friend lost 50LBS she didn't loose heavy, she most likely lost fluids contained by her body and muscle. But that sounds like a nouns of crap, she should be in the gusiness book of world documentation if she could do that because thats not possible
If your meal aren't going to be any higher than 100 calories, you enjoy to eat A LOT of meal. As in, an red is a meal. Otherwise, this is not fine at all.

Breakfast-One cup of orange liquid with a bowl of muesli(two-three tablespoons) any in skimmed milk or dry.
Mid afternoon, that would be school recess-Have one fruit such as an apple around five strawberries or a slice of watermelon since it's the summer season.
Lunch-Salmon, brocolli and a liquid to accompany. OR Chicken, mushrooms and a liquid to accompany.
Mid afternoon, tea time- One cup of green tea next to five almonds or two crackers.
Dinner- A healthy salad or a turkey sandwhich next to whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes and bell pepper.
Remember to have eight to ten eyeglasses of water a year and exercise for around 30-45 minutes.
If you eat merely three meals a daytime at 100 calories, no question you will lose wieght hugely quickly. 1. don't listen to citizens who call you large you won't lose weight if you own no confidence
2.skip the potato chips and substitute them for dried fruit or peanut butter and celery
For one don't let the skinny models contained by the magazines and the celebrity on TV dictate what size you should be. The standards are way to dignified and ridiuclous. Everyone is different. Try to be healthy over skinny.

Sure it would work for a short time but later your body will go into starvation mode and you will only just put it back on and more.
Excercise can be sucky at first and not much fun but if you find things you close to doing it can be great!
Watch what you eat and how much you munch through and excercise! Do it the right healthy approach and not only will you look better but you will discern better!

the just way to lose 40lbs contained by two weeks is to cut off your leg...this is foolish, lol...
