You can up the amount of cardio you are doing - try walking briskly everyday for at least 30 minutes. If you are trying to grasp ready for conservatory (it sounds like you are!) - try skipping anything fried, no sodas (water is better than even diet soda), avoid anything sugary, get through tons of fruit and veggies, and have low podginess yogurt and skim milk everyday(you need to be sure you are getting satisfactory calcium) . At your age, you will probably drop 10 pounds of tummy by the time the end of August rolls around. Push ups and street lamp weights will help the arm muscle.

If you enjoy music, try dance into shape. Works for me. I'm 47 and still dance to excercise. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs. I'm festive with my cargo. It's something I enjoy and doesn't give the impression of being like excercise.
