Hi, i be wondering if you wear wrist weights (10lbs) 24/7 would that build you're biceps?
Answer:
I've heard masses times that using ankle and wrist weights while running or walking doesn't increase muscle mass and is hard on the joint. Not running? Well, wearing them 24/7 may also be hard on the joint. And, will probably wear out your arms very soon.
10 pounds a piece nouns like plentifully.unless u are a dude i guess but even then that still sounds similar to alot of weight on the wrist adjectives day...doesnt really nouns like that would be angelic for your wrists

Dude, it's going to kill your wrists and elbows! Just start a work out regime, and do some biceps curls. Light weights approaching that are not going to build your biceps up.
