I want to gain shipment but flatten my stomach...Possible??
I'm using a whey protein formula and have be lifting weights and doing crunches everyday for a month, but I'm not noticing any counterbalance gain. My waist has shrunk rather but I fear I'm doing something wrong. Please sustain...I'm sick of being built similar to an m&m!!

Crunches and sit ups will help tighten your stomache. Start at 5-10 situps a afternoon, or what ever you feel comfortable near. Then start to work your way up to doing 20 at most minuscule. See how much farther you can get up to. But slowly! work your process there.
As for the arms, pushups, and lifting weights are the rudimentary way to win there. For the legs, if you shift to the gym and look around, you'll probably find something ffor your legs. The most common item is a bar that you erect up with your legs. You make a payment wieghts on to it, so it's not too easy, and you can visibly take them stale so it's not too hard. Maybe you should try lifting heavier wieghts.
Because musle weigh ALOT.
With that it will flatten your stomach.
And musle takes some time to build up.
First of adjectives why would you want to gain weight? second If you are 5'9" your BMI< ---body mass index is contained by the overweight so why would you want to gain. well truly you are on the border of normal and over freight. Are small,medium,or big boned. I guess small near small arms and all. as for weights and working out you wont loose surrounded by a month it will take a while to do it. I basically recently lost 80 and it took me a year and two months,and i am staying where on earth i want. I am at the normal immensity for my height ..they travel by height and counterweight and age to determand ,so i`d say as a pro close to a doc. or something. I just told you what i experience.

Before u stir to sleep at night, drink a substantial glass of milk mixed beside 2 tbl spn honey or date syrup. Munch on dry fruits like almonds and cashew whenever possibl. Drink milk shakes and consume lofty calorie, protein rich food. Do abs to flatten ur tummy. Good luck.
why are you trying to gain ur not too skinny? are u trying to get more bulky and harder
