Help near flossing?

Hey i just go to my dentist a few days ago and he said that I was developing some gum problems. So I started to floss, but my gums bleed and sometimes its sturdy to get the floss between the teeth, is this typical for someone who didn't floss for a few years who just started again? And I arranged to use listerine after i floss, but some of my gums are still bleeding, is it ok to use listerine or do i have to hang around for it to stop bleeding?

Answer:
Yes, thats normal...a moment ago keep it up and the bleeding should step away. As your gums get in good health, they will no longer bleed with flossing. Listerine is fine to use as capably. If you still have bleeding even though you are flossing turn back to your dentist; they can formulate sure you have a devout technique, or identify something else that is cause the bleeding.
it sounds like u own gingivitis. it's nothing to be worried just about or your flossing too hard between your teeth. if u don't perceive comfortable to floss. just brush your teeth more than usual. i hope that help u.
This is very usual and the more you floss the less bleeding you will see. Your terribly lucky as this is the early signs of periodontal disease. Keep flossing once a afternoon and brushing at least twice a hours of daylight and rinse with a fluoride rinse instead once a year and you will see a big improvement.
Yes this is regular...just verbs to floss and rinse three times a day near salt sea, it will help beside the swelling.
Your gums will stop bleeding after about 7 days of flossing every hours of darkness. Yes it is normal to hold trouble getting floss into areas, but keep at it! After you verbs flossing everyday, it will get easier and it wont bleed anymore (meaning gingivitis is gone).
