Red bumps on tounge and a sore mouth and underneath my chin?

i have red lumps on the rear of my tounge, there moving forward aswell, adjectives of my mouth is hurting and just lower than my chin feels bruised
help out xx

did you hurt your chin? do you have blisters on your palms and soles? it could be foot foot mouth disease.
