How to use mouthwash and gargle?

Rinse 1 minute and then spit. Swish vigorously and push it between the teeth. Just put your head back and close off your throat. Make a "gugggggg" sound with the muscles of your throat and tongue. Don't rinse it off, it dilutes the medicine too quickly. It doesn't have time to work in just a minute. It would be like using Lysol on your cabinets and then quickly rinsing with water. Needs time to kill stuff.

Gargling is only part of the battle. You have to make sure you vigurously swish to get the full effect of the mouth wash. And no, do not rinse afterwards.
i usually rinse my mouth with water after mouthwash...and gargling.just put yr head back and put the mouthwash or water, whichever your doing, but dont swallow it! jsut basically blow bubbles with it while the liquid is at the back of your throat...but dont swallow =P
