Is it possible for small cavity to disappear?
I haven't be to dentist in two months. Is this possible that tiny cavity can just disappear close to this?

If the incipient decay is set to just the enamel, it can indeed re-mineralize if you declare good oral hygiene.
However, if the rust has already penetrated the enamel and into the dentin, it will require a dentist to drill out the deterioration and fill the tooth.
In your subsequent checkup (4 months from now), the dentist should take a bitewing X-ray to engineer sure there is no oxidization in the dentin. If in attendance is none, you are in perfect shape.

Yes, it is highly possible. If you read on your toothpaste container, you will probably find that it say something similar to "helps exterminate and protect from cavities." I'm not a dentist or anything, but I deem that they are gone for you.

I had a cavity once. I be crushed when the dentist told me. I went home and practiced excellent oral hygiene after that. In a couple weeks, when I go back to capture it filled - it be gone!
No lie - he said that it be small enough and I be able to stop the bugger from turning into a full-blown cavity.

No it is not possible I know from experience my proposal is if it is a baby tooth a moment ago wiggle it out to avoid getting a scratchy filling. It probally a moment ago seems resembling they are getting smaller but they really arent. I had the exact same experience.
It is possible that tenny tiny cavity can be maintained, but not neccessarily jump away. Usually you cannot see cavities if they are this small size (unless you own a stain). I have a few of these cavity myself ,and basically if you preserve the areas clean it cannot catch any bigger. What you're dentist is saying is that the cavity should be fine if you hang on to it clean, because if it is that small consequently there is no call for to fill it. Who know, maybe you could enjoy seen it disappear.
