Hi, does having your wisdom teeth out hurt?
Answer:
I got put to sleep and had them all out at once ! Didn't feel a thing, so don't worry.xx
No it is fine, when they put you under. now waking up you just feel groggy and very cranky.
no they going 2 grow soon but will hurt 4 a while just until the tooth fully grow but youll be ok
Yes it does. It is worth it.
Get them out on a Friday and you can relax all weekend. you'll be feeling better on Monday.
Get baby food (yummy fruit kind) and have a loved one bring you shakes from Mc Donalds.
Thats what I did and it wasn't so bad.
not more than having anytooth out
are you sure there you wisdom teeth when i was tweleve i got my molars in. im 19 and i just started to get my wisdom teeth
they hurt worse when they come through sorry to say. when you go to the doc they will knock you out and when you wake you will be on meds its not to bad after you get them out. they do wicked hurt coming in the faster you go to the dentist the faster they will be out. to help with them coming in get some numbing gel for your gums at like CVS its a few bucks but worth it be carefull not to get it all lover ur mouth it will make your whole mouth numb
no they drug you up pretty good...i actually had to have someone walk me, almost carry me, out to my car and drive me home due to the drugs they give you. you can't feel a thing. =)
generally its about as painful as getting your 12 year old molers. In my case my wisdom teeth were impacted and they had to cut them out and yes its just like having surgery...it hurts. But I havent had a migrain since.Ifyou do have a problem 800 mg, Ibuprophen will help
If you are not a teen yet...most likely they are your 2nd molars not your 3rd's (wisdom teeth). Wisdom teeth (3rd's) usually erupt late teen to early 20's. In your late teens, have your dentist take a panograph (x-ray) to see the postion of your 3rd's to see what to do with the 3rd's. I sure the teeth that are erupting are your 2nd molars...do not extract these teeth.
Its no picnic I tell you :D
I had them surgically removed when I was a teenager... mine were still in the gum and hadn't grown out...
I did it in two separate surgeries... each surgery was focused on one side of my face...
I didn't feel anything during the surgery (he didn't put me to sleep... just numbed me)...
Couldn't eat for about 1-2 weeks... or maybe until they took the stitches out... (don't remember the exact time)... I only had fluids... stuff like banana shakes, soups, etc.
My cheeks turned purple... n I had to put a towel on my pillow to avoid getting blood stains on it while sleeping...
Overall... it didn't hurt that much... maybe a little during the first and second day... but he gave me painkillers for them...
