Do the day after day white strips from crest really work?

I have a classmate who gargle with hydrogen peroxide.
Like a "couple of drops surrounded by a glass of water"
and she does this every year. She says her mom have been doing it since she (mom) be a teen and didn't experience any side effects.
She has pearly white teeth.
and she say that's all she does besides on a daily basis
brushing and flossing.
I am thinking of doing this coz I bought a box of the
Crest white strips on eBay (which I got ripped rotten...) LOL
but it isn't working.

I don't think they work resourcefully. Your dentist should carry a stronger rx interpretation of the strips. They cost around $70 and work much better.
Not really. It will whiten your teeth slightly and only on the surface. Go to a dentist, it is worth the money and it is really not that expensive.

U can try the white strips. some people acquire OK results with them. They move around within your mouth and spread the gooey gel around. They are inexpensive, so its worth a try. many of our patients tried it, later came put a bet on to our office for the professional whitening. near is a take home system where on earth u wear custom fit trays with gel for a time during the afternoon or night for a few weeks. Great results, but time consuming. cost is around $400.00. Then in that is the ZOOM whitening that takes 1 hour surrounded by a dental office. Gorgeous results. Cost anywhere from $600. to $900. But its great and last for years. U have to examine staining foods such as berries, mustard, ketchup, curry, tea and coffee, red wine. Will stain your teeth more rapidly.
