Decalcification?

My braces came off about 2 months ago, they noticed the decalcification from where I didnt brush good. I know I can use bleaching, but that requires me to not drink and eat dark stuff while using it. Can certain type of tooth paste help make your teeth whiter and for the white spots that came on your teeth cause of not brushing good go away?

Answer:
Unfortunately decalcification is permanent. Studies have been done on the use of Tooth Moose (by Recaldent) which show that if used regularly and correctly, it can reduce the appearance of decalcification. Bleaching your teeth may make the areas appear less noticeable but will cause sensitivity. Just keep on brushing and flossing and don't get decalcification again! Check if your dentist uses Tooth Moose or where you can purchase it. http://www.recaldent.com
well various pastes are available commercially containing peroxides and carbamates as the whitening agents in them you can definatly try one of them and try using flouride pastes as it will aid in recalcification of your teeth but whitening pastes can render your teeth a little sensitive so either use them along with densensitizing pastes as sensodyne , other options would be whitening strips and whitening gels .
