I do not smoke nor take alcohol but brush my teeth twice a day Yet a bad smell?
Answer:
If you have a white tongue its bacterial.
If you don't floss it may be hidden food particles.
If you don't eat much it could be acid/reflux.
Halitosis or too much garlic.
Sometimes even with good dental care you can get an infection. This will cause you to have very bad breath and requires medication to treat it. While this may not be your problem it does sound like it probably is the issue. I would recommend you see your doctor or dentist as soon as possible. If it is an infection it can lead to other more serious issues if left untreated.
Take care
Some medications can affect your breath. Are you flossing between your teeth. Plaque buildup can be the cause. Visit your dentist and ask for advice. Visit your doctor, as some illnesses can affect your breath.

TRy mouth wash
I gargle with a capful hydrogen peroxide for ten minutes every morning while I shower. It whitens teeth, prevents mouth sores (except those caused by viruses), and prevents bad breath caused by bacteria. If you have a condition this may not sovle your problem, but peroxide keeps your mouth pretty clean and it's only around a dollar a bottle so I would try it!
