I am 90 and I own adjectives my own teeth, should I transport them out?

I do elder care, live contained by for a 90 year old woman beside what looks like alzhiemers. I own been near her over 6 years.
She had a bridge go down our of her mouth so I took her to the dentist. I was shocked to cram she has a full upper plate.
She tell the dentist she is so PROUD to have adjectives her own teeth.
The dentist tugs on the plate its in here really snug. She thinks he is crazy, for doing that, so as you would expect, he wimps out and backs bad.
I get her home try to gain her teeth out,too snug,
Of course I am also crazy because I am trying to pull out her teeth.
The bridge that fell out is highly old, the anchor teeth snapped. They hold been unresponsive a long time, old root canal.
She has never surrounded by the 6 plus years had infection, sores contained by her mouth and has other brushed them like definite teeth.
The question is should I transport her back and own the dentist take them out or preserve her dignity and newly leave her be.
No strength problems besides age and dementia.
Thanks for any answers.
