How can you get rid of the thrush in adults?
Answer:
Sounds like you have oral thrush.
Get rid of your toothbrush and get a new one.
If the mouth rinse is. clororhex. it shouldn't cause problems. Unless you have an underlying infection.
If you are using a sulfed based drug then you seem to have a problem with that.
Thrush is a yeast infection that has gone bad. It's caused by bacteria. The mouth is a perfect environment for that.
Your dentist and doctor can prescribe treatments for it.
Hope you start feeling better. My wife told me that it is a form of infection and that you need antibiotics from your doctor. She told me it was to much of a ingredient in some medicines that cause it.
Nystatin swish and swallow is the cure. If that is not working, you should go back and see your doctor.
Sounds like you have thrush that isn't resolving. Try sucking on fresh pineapple chunks, which affects the pH of the mouth and prevents candida albicans from multiplying in such a way that produces this type of infection. You may also want to try rinsing your mouth with one of the oral analgesics (Ulcer-ease is one), for relief of chancre sores if that is in fact what you have. Have you considered changing your toothbrush. You must so as to not continue reinfecting yourself. Your pharmacist can advise you with selecting an appropriate product. If your condition continues, please see your doctor.
