I hold a swollen lymph node?
Answer:
the swollen lymph node is definitely from the gum and teeth problems. I own the same problems as you. The just thing explicitly going to fix the problem is to see a dentist and get the gingivitis below control and get any tooth problems fixed (bad teeth pulled, cap or filled). If its a money issue try contacting dentists or the health dept contained by your area and see if they can set you up beside a dentist that will do it at low cost or even free. I have no view what kind of situation you are within and don't mean to upset you at all by making that suggestion. I hope you things worked out soon. I know its not undemanding having a tight mouth.
lymph node!? never heard of it!

If your lymph node is swollen, it could be a sign of some sort of infection. If you haven't see a dentist or doctor lately, I would say that you probably should.
swelling of a lymph node cause by infections, if it's under your mandible it probably because of your teeth or gingival condition .
usually the dentist will prescribe an antibiotic for this armour then he/she will treat the impose of this swelling.
