I prefer I instinctive smile!! Bleaching is just over the top.
I use a Brite White system. It's a jell and a UV desk light. Does a great job.
I close to a clean white smile more after the smokers yellow.
A organic smile is good. Its almost impossible to hold your teeth white without bleach.
Personally I approaching having a white smile (no I do not receive them bleached) but I do use a whiting toothpaste and to me having pallid or brown teeth shows that you do not care give or take a few your teeth. Yeah bleaching is a bit out of control but if you brush your teeth twice a sunshine for two minutes and floss you would have essentially white teeth and healthy gums.
I have my teeth Bleached by the Dentist they used Zoom! that is supposed to be the best on the souk! well..after paying $375.00 on public sale! I felt similar to I was ripped bad! My teeth were simply one shade lighter!and another tooth still yellow..! what a rip bad! a waste of money! and I repugnance the clove taste! it made me sick to my stomach! plus,you own to buy a kit to use over and over! that's costly too! they don't look as White as they do on Extreme product over! :( Waste of money!
