What should i do more or less my maryland bridge?

i am 24 and have have the bridges since i was 19. these things are the pits! i enjoy two bridges with 1 tooth on respectively, on my top row. the two false teeth are either side of my front two next to only one wing connecting respectively 1 of them to 1 of my front two teeth.
(they had two wing to start with any side but they came out almost monthly because my front two do move a touch) i instructed the dentist to cut 1 wing stale each of the bridges so that respectively bridge was just supported by one of my front two real teeth.
that worked for 2 years but in a minute im toothless on a weekly basis again! i enjoy exspressed that i am not happy near them! what perminent fix is best? my dentist is talking nearly a new maryland bridge where on earth the wings are not metal and say they bond better! i dont believe this to be the case and perceive id be paying out again for a employment that wont work. i want somthing that works not something that does not. of course my front two hold now be ground down along with the other two on the conflicting side to the gaps,my dentist is nhs! please assist i look like a right plonker at the momonet what would u do if u be me? im not a millionaire but could get a bit together! gratitude again

Answer:
you should use it to cross the river to get to pennsylvania. (get it: maryland to pennsylvania)
If you can afford them and are prepared to hold lots of work done, I would recommend implants. They would probably cost several thousand pounds but should be a moderately permanent solution.
The Maryland bridge be no longer being suggested as a treatment preference when I was surrounded by dental school, because they really hold a problem staying attached to the teeth. In theory they are nice, but within practise they don't hold up. May have to consider implant (because they are the best way to run!)or conventional bridges that go around the abutment teeth entirely not freshly a wing on the back.
Implants are a great prospect but also an expensive and time consuming one, but they would offer the best long possession replacement of your two missing teeth, it involves screwing titanium threads into your cheek bone and connecting single crowns through the gum. Its time consuming because to have to allow the chin bone to integrate with the implant before you can place the crowns and this can pilfer up to nine months depending on the technique used. The other option would be two conventional bridges, this will involve preparing the two nearby teeth of the gap for jacket crowns and have two 3 unit bridges made, this will tender better retention but involves alot more tooth destruction. I hope you work things out x
Have you ever thought of implants to replace your maryland bridge?
