Okay in the front part of my teeth theres like a tooth growing up my gum. The tooth that was blocking it fell out. It's been about 1 year and-a-half now and it hasn't moved down. What should I do?

As cliche as it sounds, go see a dentist. You may have bone in the way that needs to be removed. Maybe not all of your baby tooth fell out. They'll do some x-rays and figure out what the problem is.
