Will i feel really bad after my orthognathic surgery?

Answer:
well you may have a little swelling and discomfort or maybe a little bleeding , but it will subside with time , take care and follow your surgeons instruction and you will do well.
I had a friend who had Orthognathic surgery, a LeFort Osteotomy on his maxilla and a Mandibular setback. Other than a little bit of swelling and bruising, he was absolutely fine. Have faith in your Oral Surgeon. Good Luck to ya.
