Can someone save their teeth if they haven't brushed as much as they should have?
So what can I do to improve the habit of brushing my teeth? I already use the Listerine Whitening mouthwash, colgate 2in1 whitening toothpaste, and then I use regular mouthwash. Anything I should be using thats different?
Answer:
I recommend blowing your nose before brushing in the morning. This helped me when I was pregnant and found I had an easy gag reflex. I recommend it to my patients if they are known gaggers too, prior to cleaning their teeth.
You don't have to use toothpaste in the morning if your sensitive at that time of day. Just use a wet toothbrush and scrub the plaque off. Wait till later to swish with some fluoride mouthwash if you want.
Keep the toothbrush and floss in sight on the counter. Put a reminder note on your mirror in your bathroom and in your bedroom. Put a dollar in a jar every time you brush/ floss before going to bed. Keep a toothbrush in your purse so you can brush later.
rinse your mouth with some warm salted water.
invest in a bottle of an oral health tinture.
available @ most health food stores, it should include white oak bark, peppermint oils, at least those two ingredients. depending on the brand they will have other components.
After they fall out, put them in a box to save them for later.

First, you need to go to the dentist asap. If you have any cavities, the dentist can fix them and prevent it from getting worse. If you don't see the dentist, you really will lose your teeth.
Secondly, you know you need to brush your teeth, so just work it into your regular routine. Do it after breakfast and right before bed, at least. Brush again during the day if you eat something sugary.
Last, you didn't mention a very important part of dental care, and that is flossing. You must floss your teeth once daily. Before bed is ideal. The dentist can show you how to floss properly if you don't know how.
Be careful with using too much mouthwash, it will damage the enamel on your teeth and you will be more prone to cavities.
did u go to the dentist?
sometimes the dentist is not very good.
i think if u eat to much sweets it gets worse as i clean teeth everynight and morning.
sometimes after a party or a long trip i just get tired and too lazy to clean my teeth.
And no matter how u look u are always cool don't mind anyone who judges u they should look at themselves first!!!!!! and don't use too much toothpaste as it does it worse for ur teeth!!!
not that i can think of at the moment but try putting brushing ur teeth everyday and ignore the stomach senitivety
