Is it too much listerine?

So I bought the listerine prebrush whitning but also the listerine that helps build up your teeth and prevent cavity. But is it too much for your mouth to take both listerines twice a light of day? I use the whitining listerine then brush and after use the other listerine.

Too much Listerine is not good. why are you using so much Listerine? The whitening Listerine does not work. To whiten your teeth, the whitening agent requests to stay on your teeth for a while. The whitening Listerine is washed away by your saliva. Be fussy about Listerine - have alcohol. Also, using any type of mouthwash even Listerine does NOT prevent cavities - it MAY assistance REDUCE cavities but proper brushing, flossing, and using a flouride toothpaste is the best means of access to decrease cavity.
