Is it too much listerine?

So I bought the listerine prebrush whitning but also the listerine that helps build up your teeth and prevent cavities. But is it too much for your mouth to take both listerines twice a day? I use the whitining listerine then brush and then use the other listerine.

Too much Listerine is not good. why are you using so much Listerine? The whitening Listerine does not work. To whiten your teeth, the whitening agent needs to stay on your teeth for a while. The whitening Listerine is washed away by your saliva. Be careful about Listerine - has alcohol. Also, using any type of mouthwash even Listerine does NOT prevent cavities - it MAY help REDUCE cavities but proper brushing, flossing, and using a flouride toothpaste is the best way to decrease cavities.
