I have a toothache and I need med attn soon. I live in monmouth county, new jersey. I have been to the dental clinic but they need money up front. does anyone know if any emergency rooms treat an infected tooth? by the way i have no insurance.

Have you tried your local health department?
Call around to different dentist who will take payments. Believe or not some of them do have compassion. If you have swelling in your face the ER may see you and give you a script for pain and antibiotic until you can see a dentist.
