White chunks surrounded by put money on of throat w/ sour weakness within mouth??

i've found white chunks in the spinal column of my throat (which make me throw up as soon as i see them), and my boyfriend said he's notice lately i taste a bit sour when he kisses me.
*the white chunks kinda look (and feel) resembling clumps of cheese.
**usually i notice the chunks surrounded by the morning when i brush my teeth. but it's also happened at hours of darkness ;( and it's always at the immensely back of my throat so even if i gargle it wont come out. single throwing up will get it out.
