I'm getting braces soon... Does it hurt?

Braces can be fun! You can pick colors to go beside the holidays and match them to a infallible outfit/your fave color! It doesnt hurt, but can be sore somedays. At first your mouth isnt used to them so you might have a slight lisp. DONT WORRY! it go away! It's totally worth it, you'll have a superb smile and it's not bad at adjectives!
it doesnt hurt when they put it on but when you go home it will. basically drink some advil and take a doze...
in the stop, it;s all worth it..you're teeth will be superlative =]
I am 21 and i have braces for the second time becuase my teeth moved, this time i own fixed braces for the last 2 weeks and populace dont notice them which is great .
The spasm lasts for 3-4 days but u wont awareness them then
It does hurt at first, whip some tylenol or something and after about a week the niggle will go away. I have braces for a year and a half and believe me it is worth it within the end. Don't get the impression like the ugliest girl contained by school they aren't that fruitless, plus you can get cool color band and that makes it fun!
I have braces twice. It will hurt the first few weeks b/c your teeth are going to shift, But you can always appropriate an advil, or tylenol, or whatever you choose. This will give support to the pain n inflamation. It is tooootally worth it!! After bout a yr. your going to enjoy a grrreat smile! I'm assuming your quite young-looking so better now next never!! Also, don't eat really strong or crunchy things, this can make it mre mortified for you, Hope it goes ok!!
if truth be told to my surprise they werent as ugly as i thought they wuld be!! i like gettin the colors on them... it dosent hurt any while they r putting them on but for about 4-5 days afterward your mouth will be sore... i can`t stand to say it but adjectives i could eat for that time be soft foods... but its ok after that... tightening dosent hurt either but somtimes your mouth will be sore afterwards but not usually. okay, good luck!!
It doesn't hurt when you carry them on. Just when they tighten them every month. But even that isn't that bad.
I know what you have it in mind about outlook ugly. I'm 25 and feel so uncomfortable near having braces. But I feel uncomfortable near ugly teeth too! I would put by my smile or not smile at all because of my teeth. So what's two years compared to the rest of my duration? When I get these puppies stale, my teeth will look beautiful!
Plus, within are sooooo many kids beside braces in dignified school that it's no big promise. I could understand if you be the only one, but come on. You won't even stand out.
Don't verbs, a LOT of people contained by high academy have braces. It's not raw getting them on but your teeth will be sensitive after wards so you might want to clutch some Tylenol and any pain is patently worth it in the extension, i just get mine off more or less 2 weeks ago
The pain will be worth it contained by the end because you will shutting down up with a divine smile!! Sorry about the timing also! Don't be worried about getting them it will hurt from time to time but you can whip tylneo. Also take advil or tylneo formerly you get your braces on that will really facilitate cut back on the niggle. Good Luck and you will be fine!! :)
Na it doesn't hurt, don't worry. Getting them on is uncomplicated, it just take a while (but it goes by really brisk.) Then after a couple hours, they start hurting a little and by hours of darkness they hurt a lot because it's a ton of pressure. I suggest you lift some kind of anguish reliever like advil or something. It's definately worth it to own a beautiful smile within the end. You're not going to be the ugliest girl surrounded by high college. Most kids have to draw from braces, it's normal. And some associates look great with them. Good luck!

I own braces,it doesn't hurt though.well possibly when they pull the braces tight it will,but possibly your first time...it won't because you wont have too much band.i don't because i had braces for 4 years since i switched dentists from time to time...But if anyone say your ugly,next don't listen to them... anyway,after they take out your braces,your teeth will look unusual again...but you'll have to wear rubber band later,which really hurt!

you will feel similar to hte ugliest girl in the integral school??!! are you axiom that theres no one else within your school that have braces?? and i actually WANT braces. A LOT. they look so cute! thats why i want them and youre axiom theyll look ugly...
