Brushing your teeth will not get your teeth whiter. The toothpaste companies voice they are whitening toothpastes, but unless your are keeping it on your teeth for a long period of time you will see minimal results if any.
Try crest whitestrips or something similar. They plainly work. You can get them on ebay cheaper than at the store.

Sorry to articulate its not everybody that has "White" teeth maintain up the cleaning and live with what you've get.

Go to the dentist and get them whiten, brushing your teeth wont do the trick, you call for the bleach that dentists use, like on the strips and adjectives the other stuff that is on the bazaar for whitening teeth.
You have to stop drinking coffee, coke (caffeine) and smoking

u might want 2 think roughly speaking ur eating conduct.tea and coffee can stain teeth....it can also b genetics.if u want u can whiten ur teeth near something like crest whitening strips or to get hold of even better results, get them professionally whitened at ur dental organization
