First Cavity?
Answer:
As a former dental assistant I can assure you that you are not the first agitated person that have gone into your dentist's office. They will work near you to make you mediator if you let them know that you hold anxieties about the nourishing.
You will probably have an injection to numb the tooth they are working on. It feel like a pinch within your gum and then rapidly feels numb. At that point they will start to drill the putrefaction out of the cavity. Depending on where surrounded by your mouth the tooth is they will either put within a composite filling (matches your teeth) or an amalgam nourishing (silver). They will pack the material into the tooth and after buff it so it is smooth.
See, that wasn't so bad, be it? Now brush more often and more supportively. ;-)
