(the sore is wayyyy far back near my throat on my tongue) cant see it but i can stick my finger in there and feel it. any help? ( is it a canker sore?)

Answer:
Gargle with some straight peroxide and watch your mouth foam, it kills all the bad germs that cause the white sores.
Yes, this sounds very much like a canker sore. Check out http://www.realhomeremedies.com... and click on the canker sore link on the left for remedies and tips.
It sounds like thrush. Rinse your mouth with Hot salt water, or you can use peroxide, but be careful to not swallow any of this.

There is a dental paste that can be prescribed and if put on the cank when you first notice it, will often prevent it from becoming that dime sized crater that hurts like hell and takes weeks to heal. Triamcinolone Acetonide.
ohh dear
try gargling salt water (glass of warm water with a teaspoon of salt)
also gargling chamomile tea sooths any problems in your mouth
it could be a canker sore or something more serious, so if you get a lot more you should go to the doctor

or go to a pharmacy or so and buy mouth anesthetic stuff (it says its for canker sores)
that will pretty much numb whatever you put it on

it will go away on its own eventually but this helps speed it up, like putting neosporin on a cut

=)
