Can a piece of tooth stuck contained by the gum grounds infection or extermination?

My boyfriend has a tiny piece of tooth still stuck surrounded by his gum from 2 years ago when he got a hole contained by his tooth and then broke the tooth and ripped what he thought be the rest of it out. Can this cause an infection which will head to death? Again, it's be there for 2 years and it doesn't hurt him at adjectives. He doesn't have a restlessness or any signs of infection. It does bleed often though.

Answer:
If this is a everlasting tooth that cracked and broke, he probably still have rotten roots underneath the gums (there is no way you can verbs out those roots on your own).

Anytime you have rotten teeth, it's a fruitless thing. The rotten pieces serve as reservoirs for germs to stockpile in, and it is a chronic infection. Have him jump to a dentist and get those rotten roots taken out, because they do hold the potential to cause genuine serious problems down the line.
HELLO,
WILL THIS CAUSE DEATH?
VERY UNLIKELY.
IS THE BLEEDING A CAUSE FOR CONCERN?>
YES.
WHY?
BLEEDING IN THE MOUTH IS NEVER A NORMAL THING.
HAVE YOUR BF SEE A DENTIST AND FINALLY TAKE OUT THE PIECE OF TOOTH AND STOP THE BLEEDING.
probability of Infection would not be high, unless he have an open wound and does not hold on to it clean. Two years next I doubt that there is any actual problem, however I'd keep an eye on it within case it become a problem on down the line. Watch for swelling or a 'blister' resembling formation on the surface of the gum which would signal an impacted (inner) infection.
Any abnormalities or problems begin in any segment of our body would lead to infection or annihilation such us the simple problem about your tooth self stucked in the gum. It is a certainty that what we do not know about dental problems could threaten our condition and worst it could kill a creature if left untreated.
