Ok so a few day ago I woke up and ate some crunchy cereal, and sometimes it would create a small ache contained by my left chin just at my cheekbones. I thought I have slept on it wrong and ignored it. For a few days everything be fine. Then, about 2 days ago, it started tender when I ate toast. It ached pretty doomed to failure, not REALLY bad but ample to make me stop chewing. Then I have another piece to find out if it was Ok, and it be fine! I could eat fine. But next, ever since the toast off and on my gone jaw around my cheekbone nouns hurts when I yawn or open my mouth too broad. Sometimes it hurts really bad, sometimes it's bare-able. And sometimes it hurts wager on into my head. I reflect it might be an ear infection, but I'm not sure. I'm worried now though it's not going away on its own. Also, I grind my teeth. At dark and sometimes when I'm not talking my teeth grind reaaaally knotty and I don't even notice

First of adjectives, I would suggest some sort of mouthguard for the teeth grinding while you sleep. Secondly, you should see a doctor about your jowl pain. It could be, as you suggest, an ear infection, or also sounds to me approaching Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome, which is a disorder of the joint between the lower jowl and the skull. Fairly common, it have a number of cause, including grinding of the teeth, bad bite, and arthritis.
Your doctor should be capable of tell you more, and also suggest ways to relieve it. Best of luck :)
