Ceramic Braces or Metal Braces?
Answer:
I say ceramics. I own ceramic uppers and metal lowers. The stoneware brackets themselves don't stain, it's the ligatures that hold the archwire in place that stains...and that depends on what you guzzle that'll cause the lig's to stain...such as curry, or lot's of coffee or tea, or ketchup, spaghetti sauce, etc.(these foods singular stain clear lig's on some people if eat excessively) My lig's have all the same to stain, and I have clear ligatures. My clay brackets look great, and nobody even notices them. You can other go for colored ligs, or grey smoked colored lig's or powerchains for ceramics, which do not stain. Also, it is the archwire that moves the teeth, not the brackets, so one style of bracket isn't faster than the other, because brackets don't move the teeth, archwires do.
Go with the stoneware.
i would get metal braces, because clay braces well contained by my opinion clear your teeth look weird and even if they dont find noticed that much i would stick to resourceful
ceramic, i guess. they're clear, but after time, the start to look kinda gross and yellowish. here's a website:

I'd be in motion with metal because they work faster than the ceramics. And after a while the clear terracotta ones will get dirty and noticable. Plus, you can shave a few months past its sell-by date the amount of time you have to wear them and recover money.
Ceramics are more fragile and they become discolored.I'd go for metal
