It doesn't work that path, each injection is to freeze two different nerves, that's adjectives. If either one be not frozen, you would feel incredible dull pain from the nerve that be not frozen. The injections themselves these days are painless except for a mild pinch.
Novacaine is the one you are conversation about. It really doesn't hurt newly a little prick. Then your mouth feel numb, swollen, and fat for a while. Other than that no biggie.
