Brush with Salt and Backing soda, but also cut out tea, coffee, coke , red wine and that should do it

instead of brushing use crest strips.
Except from the usual things like brushing your teeth going for a scale and polish at your dentist and staying away from red wine,coffe etc theres not alot more you can do without bleaching. STAY AWAY FROM WHITENING TOOTHPASTES they are abrasive and damage your teeth.
You dont need to go to your dentist for blraching you can also go to www.smile4you.co.uk and get it for cheaper i use it and its the same as you would get from the dentist!
