is it infected? or only healing
Answer:
It's not infected. Crust and puss forming around your lip piercing is mundane.
If the puss is white, then it's middle-of-the-road. If it's green or yellow, consequently it might be infected. Crust is usually a sign of dried blood and crust.
Big headaches are signs of infection.
You MORON. If at hand is puss in it, it is INFECTED. Serves you right for piercing it anyway.
I do believe that rings do not obtain infected. Although your lip may become infected, in which luggage it will probably be swollen.
infected. the ring itself is nasty. pilfer it out and go see a doctor
Your lip is infected...not your ring. Yes, it sounds as though it's infected!! See your doctor right away.
Redness and crusting is average, but pus is not. You need to use an antibiotic cream on it immediately before it become worse and spreads or see a doctor if severe.
To address the first answerer: NO PUSS IS NORMAL. If you see puss, regardless of color, that is a sign of infection. I suggest removing the ring right away and seeing a doctor to catch some antibiotics to clear it up.
