Lumineers... does anybody know anything about them??
Answer:
Lumineers are a brand of porcelain veneers. They basically cover teeth (mainly for cosmetic purposes). They are extra strong and a little thinner than other porcelain veneers, so the claim is that they can be just pasted or bonded over the top of your teeth with no drilling, because they add very little bulk to the teeth. Lumineers are appropriate for some people. Whether they would be good for you or not I couldn't tell you without an examination. However it has it cons; some patients had theirs cracked, while some stain due to a ridge in their design and they could irritate the gums. And they need a highly skilled dentist to do the right job!
So my advice to you is to ask your dentist, because you might need a different thing, it all depends on the way and how severely your enamel is affected!
Hope I helped!
