Sometimes they grow overnight, and other times for a few days then stop and start again. Sometimes they don't finish growing until you reache forty. You never know. I'm sorry your within pain, try some aspirin perchance it will help.
It depends on the entity. My top two came surrounded by really quickly, and my disappeared bottom tooth took its sweet time. My right bottom one never came within at all, but it's not impacted. I have some gum soreness, but not really what you'd call throbbing with any of my teeth.
hehe one of mine took roughly 10 years to come through preoperly...all i can articulate is find yourself a wooden clothes-peg to gnaw on (boil it first though!)
Well if your jaw have space for them, not more than 6 months. However, if theres no space they might just stay where on earth they are or push other teeth so it can fully erupt (which will take more time depending on your situation).
