I'd say Ibuprofen of some sort. It help to reduce headache, but it's also an anti-inflammatory.
Get those suckers removed!

Ibuprofen worked best for me, along with rising near warm saline water a few times a sunshine. Good luck!
When my wisdom teeth be cutting through, I used Clove Oil... put it on the artificial area using a cotton bud... but mind your Ps and Qs, it really numbs everything and can almost feel a bit close to it's burning when you first put it on. So, watch your tongue and cheeks cuz it may be self-conscious! Oh, and it doesn't taste too nice!
But, adjectives things aside, it really helped to donate a bit of relief.
Obviously, you can help yourself to painkillers, like Ibuprofen, but whip advice from a pharmacist or GP.

oh owch. Bonjela will help for for a while while, but it's not a permanent solution. Try holding a facecloth near ice surrounded by it against your jaw, that'll lend a hand the swelling to go down. But get hold of to your dentist asap, you might need to return with some antibiotics. Most of the time the pain will subside surrounded by a few days time, but if it doesn't, the dentist will be able to give support to. He might make a small cut contained by your gum (you won't feel it) to release the pressure and give support to your tooth come through.
I had mine pulled as they hurt so much I be in tears-if it get bad progress see dentist otherwise try:
-Painkillers: I have anadin triple motion
-Corsodal mouth wash
-Rinsing beside really cold water-for some reason this help I think because of swelling.

WOW, we are in the SAME EXACT boat! I know exactly what you are going though. I didn't even know when my top 2 come in, I didn't quality a thing but the bottom 2 are a moment ago cuttin in and they are KILLING me. I am if truth be told going to see the oral surgeon at 4 today, my dentist says I stipulation to have them removed! I've be taking Motrin, that helps me...I've also be on antibiotics for the past week b/c I have an infection. My dentist also gave me a prescription for Vicadin which is GREAT! Go see your dentist you may enjoy an infection and he may suggest pulling, but in the be going to time he can give you something for the throbbing and the infection if you have one.
Get them removed. That will slove the discomfort.

I remember when mine be coming through I realised why babies cry so much when they're teething. lol. I even considered by a teething ring or something.
I found clove oil & bongella help to ease the throbbing.
I eventually had mine removed though.
Personally I've never contained the point of wisdom teeth. We manage okay without them for years and I'm not aware of them giving me any teachings. lol.
