How much should it cost for filling, root conduit and crown?
My parents thought that they raised their regular prices calculated to make my discounted prices come across reasonable compared to the regular price. Am I getting ripped sour or are these prices reasonable?
Answer:
The cost of root canal depends on the number of roots the tooth has. Your front teeth will be cheaper because they hold one root, where as your molars own 2 or 3. The average cost for 1 root: $360-$700, 2 or 3 roots:$600-$900
The cost of fillings depends on what matter will be used. If its amalgam or gold it will be from $75-$145 If you want something more esthetically pleasing which are composite filling youre looking at $150-$200 per filling.
The same point applies to crowns...If you want a porcelain crown it will be more expensive than stainless steel crowns crowns range surrounded by prices such as $600 to $1100
I would say they are giving you some dignified pricess with the disscount and adjectives...But getting dental work done is hardly ever cheap=(
Goodluck!
I don't know in the region of anywhere else, but the discounted prices you listed are what the regular prices are here for those procedures.
those prices are temperate
at my dentist
a filling - more or less 150
root canal and crowns are both 1000
The nourishing would depend on the number of surfaces (there are 5 surfaces on a molar tooth).
1 surface is about $40
adjectives 5 would be about $110
Root strait on a molar (more expensive because it's a bigger tooth) $700-$800.
Crown (regardless of tooth size) is about $700.
These prices are typical within Pennsylvania.
Prices are different depending on which part of the country you live within.
So, I think the 1/2 price entry is probably the real price.
