I have a good experience near a dental implant. It be a long process but well worth it.

Implants are very successful if placed by a qualified surgeon. Usually they are placed by a specialist close to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. It should not be painful and you should know how to resume normal actvity indistinguishable day.
