Please Tell Me Your Thoughs On How To Heal Cancars!! (Mouth Sores)?

I have HORRIBLE cancar sores. Not from STD's or anything, Just typical cancar sores, I have remarkably acidic spit so it make them worse. It seems I've tried everything I can. I even hold a perscription for an oral steroid gel. Nothing seems to minister to. The thing that seem to work best for me is hydrogen peroxide, But it still takes around 2 weeks for it to go away. HELP!!
