How do I floss my back teeth?
Anyway, i how i floss my back teeth? I cannot do it and need help!
Answer:
Take a section of the floss in between your index finger and your thumb. You don't have to roll it around your fingers, just keep about an inch between the finger and thumb. Point your finger to the back of your teeth and while keeping the thumb close go to the backside of the last tooth. Make a "C" shape around each side. Move forward doing the same thing. Maintain the inch space going down and coming up. Rub back and forth till the floss breaks the contact, then rub up and down and around if possible in that "c" shape down into the gums. You won't be good at it, it'll take practice. Try not looking in a mirror if that is confusing you.
The flossers are fine, but sometimes hard to get in or out if your teeth are really tight. The also can't make the "c" shape so guide it toward each tooth as much as possible, not just straight down.
Hope this helped...lol Hard to do with just words.
There are these new reach flossers that their handles are shaped like brushes and there are 3 replacable heads. this makes it wayyyyyyy easier.
