Should I wear my retainer everyday...?
Answer:
Ha you wear braces. luckily mine enjoy been bad for a little over a year.
for the retainer subdivision, i used to wear them everyday as soon as they came rotten for fear of them moving.i would simply take them sour to clean them, brush my teeth and to chomp through. i only have to wear them at night as okay.
Recently thought (around 5 months ago) i realiezed that they still moved, but only for a moment.. so i only used them during the hours of darkness... soon enough i stopped using them completley, although they still move a bit,but they move put money on into place...
anyways, i say that you purely wear them during the night.
I would purely do what the dentist says to do I know that some race are told to wear their retainers all the time and others similar to yourself can take it out during the sunshine and only wear it while you sleep I know that you probably travel to the dentist for check-ups often so what I would do is for in a minute just follow his instructions and the subsequent time you go see him say-so " doc is it okay if I just want to, if I wear this entry all the time" he'll permit you know
You should really make an appointment to see your orthodontist, and don't forget to bring your retainer. Don't hang around too long, especially if it looks like your tooth, or teeth, are moving. Ask your orthodontist what should be doing, wear-wise, near your retainer at this point.
Call your dentist, he knows your teeth more than anyone here. But logically there is no spoil in asking. I don't want to articulate yes or no because I don't know. Wouldn't your dentist have said when to wear it?? Though if you settle on to wear it in the daytime, you know you cant eat or drink beside them in. Sorry I am no comfort, but call your dentist if you havn't thought of it. Good Luck :)
