Can a partial denture be used as a dental implant,to save money?

i just had new bottom partials, left side and right side only, very uncomfortable, but not sure if i can get refund on purchase

Answer:
I wouldn't think so.

Give yourself time to get used to it (them). I have an upper one, and most of the time I forget it's even there now.
I'm not really sure what you are asking here. If you are missing a tooth, you have 3 main options to replace it: Implant, partial denture, or fixed partial denture (bridge). Depening on your situtation, a fixed partial may not have been indicated, and certain factors may have ruled you out to receive an implant. If your current denture is incomfortable, go back to your dentist to have it adjusted.
No, you cannot use your current partial denture as an implant. Dental implants use anchors to be connected to you jawbone. You need to go back to the Dentist to have your denture adjusted a few times before it will become comfortable.
