See my tooth won't come out and I have to step on vacation soon and I don't want to quit with a tooth loose. What should I do except going to the dentist. One side is already rotten and the other side isn't. I want to do something that wouldn't hurt me. Please help. Thanks.

If you really don't want to progress to the dentist, try wiggling the tooth greatly, but not so much that it hurts.
Anything you do to it is going to hurt unless you go to the dentist. Let the dentist nick care of it, otherwise it can organize to infections.
