On thurs. I had one of my sense teeth pulled. The open nouns where the tooth be is a little sore but not much if I lug some Ibprophin, but I noticed when I looked at it today that on the gums below the hole, as economically as the back of the mouth, where the curve is from top to bottom teeth within are white patches. What is this and why? Should I be worried?

i just get all 4 pulled wednesday and never saw anything white. are you sure it's not food or the stitches? what exactly do the patch look like? is your actual tissue white
you probablly don't own a dry socket though, since you got them out thursday and still don't enjoy a lot of headache
Edit: that sounds really weird, you should probablly telephone call your dentist
