Can chewing on the inside of your mouth mete out problems, how can i stop the discouraging mannerism?

ya it can cause infections...microbes like thaw dark places where on earth they can multiply ...and then munch on the unresponsive tissue and reopen a wound and causeing a puz effect.like ew...
chew on gum unless you want a bacterial infection..or chew on a pice of plastic . it help me
I DO IT ALL THE TIME...BAD BAD HABIT. !!
ulcer or kankersore only like i'm have now due to this bleak habit.
