Why are my gums and throat sore?

Hope someone out there can relief. I have be having throbbing for the past 3 months. The misery will start in gums and later on to my throat, when it moves to my throat it will make my asthma worse. I also gain pain surrounded by my ears like a probing fear
I have to acquire an operation on my nose because of a twisted bone on my muzzle which is giving me sinus problems and pain. I am also taking dizzy spells.
I also own bad heart burn.

This problem is starting to return with me down, the doc has sent my for exam on my heart which came pay for clear.
